Music!

I have had to take it very easy the last few weeks as my health hasn’t been good. It is funny how when you are forced to slow down the many little things in life you realise are so important. It seemed very fitting that I pull out a stamp I haven’t used for a long time with a sentiment which really suits where I am at with things at the moment. It also works in well with the current challenge at Less Is More #364 Music.364 Music

Earth music card

I started my card by inking up a stencil from MFT of little clouds and then stamped my sentiment over the top. I then die cut a heart from a Lawn Fawn set and mounted my sky background with the sentiment behind. I also added a few very subtle Nuvo drops in clear and Duck Egg Blue. I mounted the panel on a piece of card that I had created with Distress Oxide Ink and water and then on to my card base.

I’m not sure who I will send this card to but it is a nice one to have in my stash as I just love the sentiment! Thanks for coming to visit my blog today. Em x

  1. Your oxide base panel is magnificent Emily! Such a gorgeous blend of colours yet still subtle to keep the CAS look. The fantastic sentiment really does speak to people too. Sorry your health has not been too good and I do hope you are on the mend now. Nothing like an illness to help us focus in on what is really important. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful card with us at Less is More xx
