Dry Embossing

It has been a very quiet week for me as I am supposed to be resting until I get in to see a specialist next week for my back. I can’t stand having to take it easy and miss getting to craft and do normal things. It has been a good time though to reflect on all the things I am grateful for and the things I look forward to in life. I’ve also discovered I hate day time tv!

I had an idea for the latest challenge at Simply Less Is More where the theme is dry embossing. I wan’t sure I would get to make it though but I snuck down to my craft room today and quickly whipped it up.

For my dry embossing I used a very old embossing folder (I can’t even remember where I got it from) and embossed a panel. I finished it off with some Nuvo drops to the centres of all the flowers for a pop of colour against all the white.

Thanks for visiting today! Em x

  1. Such a cute CAS design! I love the look of those flowers and the nucor drops you’ve used add a fun pop of color and dimension. Greta job with our theme, one could never say you were under the weather when making this card, I hope you feel better soon! Thanks for joining us at Less Is More!
