Our family is enjoying a nice quiet Easter. School finished up on Thursday so we have two weeks off. I probably won’t get much crafting done as we are hoping to enjoy the last of the nice weather before winter kicks in.
I decided to make a nice and simple card for the current challenge at Muse Challenge #211. This is the card that we had to work from for inspiration…
And here is my card…
The bursts of colour remind me of fireworks and are from a really old set from Kazazz that I had forgotten I even had! According to my husband once you start to forget what stamps you have then perhaps you have too many stamps! I think that is crazy. The more stamps the better!!! Hopefully he won’t be home when my large order from Simon Says Stamp arrives later this week.
I’ve used a Wink of Stella pen to add some sparkle to my fireworks and added my die cut sentiment which is from a Papetrey Ink kit.
Thanks for looking. I hope you are all having a wonderful Easter break! Em x
Love your card, so colorful and the bursts of fireworks are a great take on Tracey’s card 🙂

This is gorgeous and works beautifully for the challenge! I have to say I’m in total agreement with you and not your husband on stamps 🙂
